Empowering tomorrow's energy grids with online and precise early fault detection

for Electrical, Gas, and Water Infrastructure Monitoring

Altrans Energies pioneers advanced solutions in global and predictive monitoring seamlessly integrating innovative sensing and quantum-inspired AI algorithms to enhance the resilience of grids and to reduce their maintenance cost.

The solution we offer

Altrans Energies offers a complete solution for monitoring networks and pipelines, regardless of their size and purpose within the water/gas/power infrastructure. The system can be installed at any of the following levels:

For an efficient monitoring system, our systems provide four main steps, as illustrated below;

The sensing is adapted to the network's type and can operate in either the acoustic or electromagnetic range.The localization process uses advanced signal processing techniques to precisely pinpoint the location of prefaults. Machine Learning algorithms, based on novel characterizations of the monitored phenomena, handle the classification task. Finally, we employ continuous network monitoring for risk assessment.

Our Patented Innovation Translocator©

It consists of several units of transient signal sensors arranged on the network and which allow the automatic localization of fault sources without the need for synchronization, thanks to the exploitation of the signal deformation due to propagation (TRANSLOCATOR© technology).

A quantum – inspired artificial intelligence module is implemented at the level of a group of sensors for the classification of fault sources and to extend the diagnosis by the classification of faults. The software and the AI-driven early detections are the heart of our innovation.
